As a young entrepreneur, Armand has seen the challenges many individuals and families face when it comes to homeownership, financial hardship, and building a secure future. Those experiences inspired a passion to help people of all ages, with a special focus on empowering young adults and young families as they begin their own journeys toward stability and wealth.
Sydney Little | Managing Member, Operations & Communications
Sydney plays an integral role in the leadership of Quality Properties and Investments LLC, helping manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day operations while ensuring its mission and values remain at the center of how business is conducted.

As Assistant Property Manager with Quality Properties and Investments LLC, Draya is growing alongside the family business while learning firsthand about real estate, responsibility, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
With a fresh, next-generation perspective, Draya focuses on exploring innovative ways to strengthen customer satisfaction and build positive relationships with residents, clients, and the communities we serve. She brings new ideas and a thoughtful approach to how the company communicates, connects, and creates welcoming experiences for those who interact with Quality Properties and Investments.
Draya also assists with age-appropriate property management responsibilities while developing valuable skills in organization, communication, property care, customer relations, and the day-to-day operations of a growing real estate company.
